OVERVIEW

4 Days Serengeti National park fly in safari : Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park is the country’s oldest and most visited national park. This tour will take you to this UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Serengeti is famous for its annual migration, which sees approximately six million hooves pound the open plains. The Serengeti provides the most exotic game-viewing experience in Africa, allowing you to get up close and personal with animals you’ve only seen in National Geographic: large herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephant and giraffe, and thousands of eland, topi, kongoni, impala, and Grant’s gazelle.

DAY 02: FULL DAY SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

On day two of your four-day Serengeti safari, you will have breakfast in the camp before departing for your full-day game drive around the Serengeti with your packed lunch, which you will eat along the way at a picnic site.

Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park gets its name from the Masai word “Siringet,” which means “endless open plains.” The Serengeti landscape is breathtaking. While a significant portion of the park is made up of seasonally flooded plains, forests, and shrub savannah, the Serengeti is primarily made up of grassy plains. It has perfectly adapted to continuous grazing, turning the Serengeti into a heaven for large herbivores. It is golden during the dry season and green and dotted with wildflowers after the rains. The infinite horizon is occasionally interrupted by kopjes, 2.5 million-year-old rocky outcrops. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be surrounded by millions of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelles. They stampede across open, vast plains, plunge into crocodile-infested rivers, and are relentlessly hunted by lurking predators during their annual migration north.

The Serengeti is a world heritage site, a biosphere reserve, and one of Africa’s seven new wonders. After a picnic lunch on the Serengeti plains, you will continue your game drive until the evening, returning to the camp just as the sun sets over the horizon for dinner and an overnight stay.

DAY 03: FULL DAY SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

As with day two, you will have a full day in the park with a lunch break before continuing with the game drive until the evening.

The Serengeti National Park is teeming with wildlife, most notably the African Big Five and the Great Wildebeest Migration, so expect to see zebras, lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and the park’s many bird species during your game drive. You will also enjoy watching the great wildebeest migration, where you will have the opportunity to capture many iconic photos. You will be driven back to your lodging for dinner and an overnight stay before your departure.
